Planning for the Orchard Mesa Check Piping 38 Road Bike and Pedestrian Project continues, as the Board of Mesa County Commissioners approved a letter to the Colorado Water Conservation Board committing a 50% match of $1.78 million for the project during the Oct. 21 public hearing.
